• Jeterlytics provides tech upgrade, sales, repair, and marketing services. The specific details of any service will be outlined in individual agreements or invoices.

• Data and Damages: You acknowledge and agree that Jeterlytics shall not be liable for any loss of data, damage to hardware or software, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from data loss during repairs, upgrades, or marketing activities.  

• No Warranties: Jeterlytics provides its services "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the results of any service, including but not limited to, data recovery or marketing performance.

4. No Refunds:

• All services provided by Jeterlytics are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, or work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

5. Refusal of Service:

• Jeterlytics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected illegal activity.

  • Unsafe working conditions.

  • Abusive or disrespectful behavior.

  • Any situation where we believe that providing service may cause damage to our company, or other clients.

• If we believe there is illegal activity occuring, we reserve the right to contact the appropriate legal authorities.

6. Payment:

• Payment for services is due as specified in the invoice or agreement. We reserve the right to withhold services until payment is received.

7. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms:
